  1. I had a similar diagnosis in Y2000 on my right foot (at age 46).
    It was recommended to me by an orthopedic surgeon (Dr. Bofelli) at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, that I defer from reconstructive surgery with cadaver bone. He said the success rate of such an operation was less than favorable and that I should just be careful not to aggravate it by jumping, running, etc.
    I have a photocopy of the X-Ray.
